My introduction into the real estate industry began when I became an investor in 1995. Back then, my interest was in purchasing single family homes and providing quality, affordable housing to individuals. Years later, I expanded my interests in the real estate profession and became an agent and, ultimately, a broker. I built my business by establishing and maintaining good, solid relationships with my customers.
My main goal is to provide home buyers, sellers and investors with 100% customer satisfaction. This means that I take the time to learn what my customers want and when they want it, as well as connecting them to the right resources. The decision to buy and sell property involves many tasks. A native Virginian with roots in Richmond, Deborah is a 16-year veteran in the real estate industry. She began her real estate career in Greensboro, NC where she held a Real Estate Salesperson and Broker license. Her first real estate opportunity as a New Homes Sales Consultant equipped her with new construction and sales training that became the bedrock of her success in general brokerage. Serving the Triad, Deborah specialized in homeownership for first time homebuyers. Through partnerships with local housing agencies and working with various organizations, she facilitated homebuyer seminars, promoted homeownership and wealth building. Deborah has served Richmond and the surrounding counties since 2009. She takes pride in having a diverse career experience working with first time home buyers, sellers and investors.
Deborah continues to build a foundation of satisfied clients on the principles of honesty, professionalism and putting the needs of her clients first. Her favorite pastime is spending time with her family, traveling and engaging in community service.

Prior to obtaining her real estate sales license, Robin served in an administrative capacity for the family-run business, using her project management skills to ensure that the firm’s back office ran smoothly. Robin has prior experience as a mortgage loan originator and as a small business owner.
Robin is a native of Richmond, VA and very familiar with the City and its surrounding suburbs. She has been an asset to River City Realty & Investments, LLC and she looks forward to working with the firm’s clients and helping them attain their real estate goals.

Janice Hicks has been a part of the River City Realty and Investments, LLC for the past year. She is passionate about helping homebuyers realize their dream of home ownership. Having lived in the Richmond area for over 40 years, Janice is very knowledgeable of the city and the surrounding counties. She currently resides in North Richmond with her family.
Janice is originally from North Carolina where she received a degree in Sociology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also earned a graduate degree in Social Work at Virginia Commonwealth University. This knowledge and her experience teaching provide her with valuable skills that she uses everyday to help homebuyers and sellers to realize their goals.
In her leisure time she enjoys sailing, traveling, reading and walking her dog Mercy, a mini Aussie. She is a member of the Bellevue Civic Association.
